We want every family to love their stories. If something isn't right, we'll fix it — and when a refund is the right fix, we make it easy. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Our heroes are AI-generated from your child's photo. If a hero clearly doesn't resemble your child, recreate it for free — and if it still misses after a retry, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund the affected purchase. The same applies to a story that failed to generate: it never consumes a credit, and if it did, we restore it.
Email info@curiowitty.com from your account email with your order reference (in your Paddle receipt). We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are issued by Paddle within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country (including the EU's 14-day withdrawal right, which the rules above are designed to meet or exceed).
